I'm in agreement with Dr. Omekara as he posted above. While tingling sensation in the arm can happen by hanging your arm over the chair for too long, a complaint duration of over 20 days is somewhat significant and I would recommend you seek out a healthcare professional for this issue. They will try and evaluate if the problem is coming from the neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist or any of the muscles/tendons/fascia between those areas. It will be important to think about any previous traumas to any of those areas and possibly image you to see what the actual troublesome area might be. If the entire right arm is involved, the neck and shoulder are possible areas to evaluate first. If you can easily reproduce the problem, letting your doctor know what movements are problematic is very helpful. Best of luck, hope you feel better soon.

Tingling sensation by itself does not prove very helpful for any meaningful diagnosis. It will be nice to know some of the circumstances surrounding it's occurence. Are you hanging your arm over a chair? Are you laying your head over your right arm when you are sleeping? How long does it last? What makes better or worse? Has it happened in the past and stopped; for how long? Please provide the answers to those questions, so that I can help you figure out what is going on.
maybe your cold or have slept on it, i sometimes get that when i sleep on my arm or pins and needles.

YES! most people are solely focused on pain, meaning if I am not in pain I am healthy. However the truth is that among all the messages sent by the nervous system, pain makes up only 8% to 12% leaving the other 88% to 92% as non-pain signals like the tingling you are referring to.

Medical solution: painful Nerve Conduction velocity testing (pain second only to Arterial blood gases testing) then drugs to dampen neurological response or surgical intervention, like burning free nerve endings. More conservatively, they may refer you out to a Physical Therapist, which is a better alternative, however if your going to do that then you should really do Chiropractic instead. Chiropractic is Medically proven through research to be more effective for your condition - so why not start there?

Find a great Chiropractor in your area. TIP: ask the receptionist how often she gets adjusted. The Doctor that takes care of their staff, will undoubtedly take the best care of you.

If its a numbing sensation I would start with an xray of your cervical spine. Disc disease can cause this tingling, Further evaluation such as An MRI if your brain may be warranted.
