tingling sensation in arm

I have had tingling down my right arm for weeks. No pain. Should I be concerned?

Yes , can be cardiac or neurological could also be electrolyte imbalance. Go see your doctor if you have not had an EKG and stress test get one done. Complete blood work to assess you Potassium and magnesium level. Finally early warning of stroke can present like this , do not ignore it. better safe then sorry.
