"Working at a desk all day and not properly stretching after running started taking a toll on my lower back. With less than a week until a family trip to Disney world my lower back was in real trouble. Craig listened to my problems and asked questions to help determine what was causing the pain/discomfort. Due to the limit time and fortunate body size (6'3" 215) Craig was able to go over and beyond a typical adjustment. Craig was able to locate the source through a series technics and performed great work to alleviate the pain/discomfort. By the time I left I was able to move around without any problems. Craig allowed for a quick follow up only days later just before my trip. He worked on the spot again and taped me up. This work along with suggested stretches by Craig had me back to feeling great again. I can't thank Craig enough and would recommend him to anyone."
"I had the privelage to work with everyone at Glenn Oaks, ( who were all fantastic) but specifically Dr.Evans. For years, I have had shoulder related issues from bodybuilding. After about 3 sessions together my range of motion was significantly better and I was performing movements I was not previously able to! I have better stability and never once felt uncomfortable during any appointment. Dr. Evans and staff really took the proper time to work with me to improve my performance!"
"I've been shut down twice training for New York with hamstring problems, Dr. Craig not only got me running again, but takes the time to explain what happened, and how to avoid it. His table side manner is great!"
One side of my back pokes out more and my right hip appears higher, but every time I touch my back my spine doesn't seem to bent.

You should have this looked at by a qualified health care professional. Your pediatrician, family doctor, or chiropractor could all handle your issue. In most cases, scoliosis issues are only watched with a yearly exam and x-rays if necessary (which often times are in cases of a scoliosis in a teenage patient). X-rays give us the opportunity to accurately measure the curvature of your spine and allow us to track changes accurately over time.
