DoctorBase's legal and privacy teams also publish a Patient Privacy Policy and Terms of Use publicly as required by federal law and which outlines how we use, transmit and store patient PHI and provider data.

DoctorBase Support Staff also provides training in how to enroll patients in engagement services, reminders, and other digital communications to our clients. Our Support Staff is available 24/7/365 by electronic support as well as from 7am to 6pm PST during business hours by live phone for Level 1 technical support.
