3 months of diarrhea is distinctly abnormal. You could have a parasitic infection or bacterial overgrowth. These are best determined by a stool analysis. I would suggest the comprehensive test from Genova Lab The lower abdomenal pain during sex could be from inflamed loops of bowel that are irritated by the pressure upward during sex.

Having pain with insertion is suspicious for an infection of urinary tract or pelvic inflammatory. Having the runs is nonspecific. You should be tested for a uti or std as soon as possible.

I would recommend a GI specialist as your first stop. I would suspect colitis of some sort given your limited history.

Is it abdominal pain?

Only pains by contact even after run,is it?

No other medical history on GI/Gu tract ; such as any procedures or IUD in?

Any blood in urine or in stool? Or any fever.

What's relief your pains?

Let me have your answer if proceed further.

Diarrhea for the past three months could be a inflammatory disorder or a malabsorption disorder, infection is less likely. Pain with sex can represent a pelvic infection. I would recommend a initial pelvic exam and some basic lab work, including a urine analysis. I think a OBGYN visit would be most appropriate. If you have blood in the stool or a family history of bowel disorders, it could be crohns or ulcerative colitis. If you are having alternating bouts of constipation and diarrhea it could be irritable bowel syndrome as well. I hope this helps, initial OBGYN visit is first step.
This requires an examination to determine if there's a problem in the pelvic area.
Please see a gynecologist since it's hard to say what it can be without seeing you. You need a thorough exam and a sonogram to determine a problem.
