"I recently had my first Halo treatment with Donna Fay, “The Beauty Expert” from Dr. Steven Pearlman’s office. From the minute of my first encounter with Dr. Pearlman’s staff, to my initial consult with Donna, all thru the Halo procedure, and until I left the office I felt comfortable and at ease in my experience. After talking with Donna, I knew I was in expert hands. Ms. Fay is very knowledgeable and informative. She listened to my concerns and asked all the right questions to ensure I received the exact, customized treatment I needed to achieve the results I was looking for.
The Halo treatment itself consisted of very minimal pain and discomfort, along with minimal down time. After the procedure I experience a mild sunburn feeling that subsided after a couple hours. Other than that, I healed in just a week’s time and couldn’t be happier with my results thus far. My dark spots are so much lighter and my skin now has a new youthful glow, thanks to not just the Halo treatment, but to the additional skin products Donna suggested I use to help aid in the healing and restoration of my skin. I honestly feel in order to achieve the full affect of what the Halo has to offer, using the additional skincare products helps to keep my skin well moisturized, continues to help in the lightening of my dark spots, as well as help maintaining that youthful glow.
Thanks to “The Beauty Expert” and her expertise in customized skincare treatments, I am well on my way to achieving the results of new healthy, youthful look. I am more than excited to see the final results. I have no doubt it will be exactly how I imagine it will be.

I had my lips done with Dr.Steven Pearlman for the second time and I have to say, he is truly the best! I consulted with Donna Fay The Beauty Expert for the first and second time , she always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. Everyone in the office is super friendly and welcoming! I've had my lips done by other doctors and there's no comparison. In my opinion Dr Pearlman gives amazing volume and pout without the duck look! The first time I tried the Juvéderm, this time I tried the restylane silk, which seems a bit more natural to me. Although i like both equally the same. Ive noticed when Dr. Pearlman does my lips it last much longer even if it's the same product! I also like his product placement! Everyone always thinks I have naturally big lips, even when I tell people I got lip Injections they're ALWAYS so surprised at how natural it looks and immediately ask me for his name and number!

"I found about Dr. Pearlman through a friend, who had work done by him previously. I really liked that he was board certified and that he seemed very clinical. He seemed like a really good surgeon. I’d heard really great thing about him. There have been a lot of articles written with him in it. It was several things that led me to choose him to do my revision rhinoplasty in October. Dr. Pearlman is probably the best in the business. I’m very pleased with my results. They’re exactly what I wanted. I like my profile a lot now, and that’s what used to bother me the most before my surgery. His office staff and nurses are really, really nice. They care of you and they really care about you and your well-being. I always feel comfortable at Dr. Pearlman’s office. It’s a great place and if you need or want to have something done, this is definitely the place you should go. My recovery went really well also. It took about a week, and I was able to go back to work and do all the normal things I had to do. It was quick and easy."

"Dr. Pearlman came highly referred to me, so I had a Rhinoplasty on September 10th. The consultation with him was perfect, fast, easy and efficient. I felt comfortable right away. Great location, great staff, great office, very knowledgeable, lots of time spent. The actual procedure was so much better than I thought, really very easy, not a lot of pain, really pleasing aesthetically. I'm so happy with my nose. I wish I had it done a lot sooner. It's totally life-changing, great experience. The results far exceeded my expectations, like I couldn't have picked it better. I just really tell people to just do it and not doubt it. What I like the most about my nose is it’s so pretty and straight. He also fixed my deviated septum, my sinuses. There were amazing follow-up appointments with ease of scheduling. "It took place May 21st and I had Rhinoplasty. I found him through recommendations and my own research. I did do other consultations with other doctors that I had heard of prior to meeting with Dr. Pearlman. He was confident. Actually, the most important thing was that he listened to exactly what I wanted, and he was very honest, and he made me feel very comfortable, which was that was pretty much the selling point for me, was that he made me feel really comfortable. His staff was amazing, very attentive. Any questions that I had I was able to call, e-mail. They had an exceptional service here, and once again they made me feel very comfortable. The recovery was what I pretty much expected. It was actually a quick recovery. I actually healed quickly, and I think that was just following the instructions that they all gave me, and I healed beautifully and I'm still healing. The one thing about it is that I look natural. "My friend referred me to Dr. Pearlman for my Facelift. She had the same thing done and I loved her results. Before seeing Dr. Pearlman I did some research on the internet and I looked at Dr. Pearlman website and I looked at the websites of other doctors and I liked Dr. Pearlman's website. I liked the look, the feel of it and how it represented his office. I also liked that he did volunteer work with children from war areas that needed facial surgery on their noses. His qualifications were also listed and they were very impressive. Following my surgery I hardly had any bruising. I had some swelling but not that much. I was at home for a week and then I visited my family and my friends. Interestingly enough, they didn't even notice I had surgery. I wanted to look better but I didn't really want people to see what I've done which I guess was common. It made a huge difference and when I see the pictures of before and after, I'm absolutely amazed. The before pictures, I, myself haven't even realized how much sagging there was in my jaw line and my lower face. I looked old and then in the after pictures, it's all gone and youthful looking. Dr. Pearlman did an excellent job and I’m very happy with my Facelift."

It's been a year and a half since I first had my Rhinoplasty with Dr. Pearlman. My mom will stop what she is doing when she talks to me and just kind of and go, you know, it look so good. I’m really happy with my results. Dr. Pearlman did an excellent job. My nose looks better but it's very subtle. His staff is extremely lovely and great to work with and the best that I've ever experienced. I’ve been coming here for 2 years and it’s as if it were the first time each time I come in. They make me feel very comfortable and I love it. If you’re considering a Rhinoplasty, I would say find a doctor and just talk to them. Have a consultation because that's really important. There were a couple of consultations that I had gone to before selecting Dr. Pearlman but when I met with him he was amazing. So, it's really important to see the doctor and actually talk face to face. I highly recommend Dr. Pearlman for a Rhinoplasty.

"I had an ultrasound type of treatment on the face and neck and brow. It’s called Ulthera. It takes about an hour and a half. I had pain medication administered before, and I had local nerve block during the procedure and it was fine. Dr. Pearlman is very well known, very well respected. He is known for making you look very natural and not fake-looking plastic surgery. I highly recommend him. It's a two-month follow-up and so far it's working great. It just makes you look younger. The staff has also been very attentive. The doctor even called to follow up after the procedure which is wonderful. I’ve had a very positive experience."
