Sometimes rhinoplasty can narrow the nasal airway and cause some difficulty breathing. The only way to tell what the cause is and how to best treat it is to see a revision rhinoplasty specialist for a personal examination.

"Is a deep plane facelift safe? Are there many and/or often complications?"

I feel that for an experienced surgeon there are few risks to a deep plane facelift and the results last longer. This technique takes longer to perform and swelling lasts longer after but I feel the longer lasting results outweighs having a lesser procedures. Studies done by Drs. Frank Kamer and Peter Adamson concluded that the deep plane facelift does yield longer lasting results. Of course, each technique depends also on the patients's needs, age and anatomy.

"How young is too young to start using anti-aging products? Could using anti-aging products when you are too young have negative affects on the skin? Thanks for your help!"

The best anti-aging product for young skin is sunscreen. This should be used daily, not just when you are in the sun. Other products like exfoliants and rejuvenating products can help the skin of young patients who might have acne or oil problems. If the skincare is directed by a medical professional, it is safe and can only help.
