About 2 months ago I injured my wrist, sprain maybe, it healed in about a month but now when I workout and do some exercises like bench or military press with higher weights I get an annoying, kinda bearable pain in my wrist. Is this normal and will it go away eventually?

Persistent pain two months after an injury suggests damage to structures that may require an intervention. Commonly ligaments, cartilage, and tendons can be injured in " sprains".

This is not normal. Is the pain only when you lift too heavy? If so and if you haven't used it for 2 months, it will naturally weaken so you may be overstressing it by lifting heavy weights. I would recommend specific exercises to strengthen wrist or use gloves to support the wrist while lifting. Once the strength is back, then you can start lifting heavier. If it hurts randomly, then it may be a torn ligament or cyst and would recommend seeing an orthopedic surgeon

There are several injuries that can cause continued pain in the wrist like you describe. You would be best served to see an orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand surgery. A good exam with xrays and possibly an MRI can help diagnose the problem.

This is not normal and suggests damage to the Triangular Fibrocartilage Complex. An MRI and a consultation with a Hand Specialist is advised.
