Hand pain

Hello there! Not too long ago I fell on an outstretched hand and went to the ER and they suspected a scaphoid fracture but results came back fine. The pain in my scaphoid area is now gone but I'm now experiencing a very dull achy sore pain in my ring finger and pinky finger. My fingers feel better bent and straightening them feels like a huge stretch. I also have a very sharp pain in my palm when pressure or weight is applied.. Ex: doing a push up or handstand or leaning against something.
