Your headache is most likely caused by digestive issues and/or sinus congestion. In many cultures the eyes, particularly the left eye, represent the liver. Take note of what you ate and drank last night and observe in the future. Meanwhile you may apply peppermint essential oil to the nape of your neck, temples, forehead for quick relief. Then look into self-acupressure to the points:

Hegu (LI4), Waiguan (TW5), Jianjing (GB21), Fengchi (GB20), Tailing (temples), Yangbai (GB14), Shuaigu (GB8), and any other tender spots on your scalp. Search online to find the locations of these acupuncture points.

If these headaches or migraines are chronic, you are suffering from nausea and vomiting, and are affecting your activities of daily living, look into receiving acupuncture treatment regularly weekly or bi weekly until the frequency of headaches reduces.
Please see an M.D. to diagnose your condition. If it is diagnosed as a headache, or migraine or tension headache, find a good acupuncturist to help you.

Circulation and elimination is your problem. Take l-arginine for the circulation and magnesium oxide for the elimination. I would also suggest drinking 4 to 6 liters of 9.5 alkaline water per day.
It sounds like you are having issues with your Gall Bladder. Tell me, are you under any significant stress lately? Do you clench your teeth at night or during the day? Eye pain for the most part will relate to the Liver and Gall Bladder, which is a fancy way of saying you're stressed out. I can think of two herbal formulas that could help, but I need more information.

In order to better help you I need to know that you have eaten recently. What your stress level is like. How severe is the pain. I also need to know if you are losing any vision. I would also like to know if you feel hot or cold.

If you would like to continue I am available. Regardless I hope you feel better.

Headaches that you have asked are divided into 6 types according to Traditional Acupunture Medicine.

1. Stomach channel headache: Pain is located in the forehead and temporal area associated with indigestion and also disorder of the phlegm fluid. Other related symptoms are vertigo and rhinitis (nasal congestion and inflammation). Treatment therapy involves improving the stomach channel and regulating digestive function using acupuncture needles and herbs.

2.Liver channel headache: Pain is located in the vertex associated with ocular pain. Sometimes there is bitter taste in the mouth. The causes are stress, anxiety and anger leading to overheating of the liver. Treatment goal is to regulate liver by acupuncture and herbs such as chai hu and zhi zi.

3.Gallbladder channel headache: Pain located in the temporal area, similar to migraine headaches. Pain occurs just on one side of the head, with sharp colicky pain associated with anxiety, insomnia, tinnitus, TMJ pain, and neck pain. Causes are overheating of the gallbladder. Treatment is to regulate gallbladder heat and anxiety through acupuncture needles and herbs.

4.Urinary bladder headache: Presenting symptoms are entire head feeling heavy, pain located in the anterior or posterior head, and eyeballs feeling like falling out. Causes are cold symptoms and excess damp heat in the urinary bladder channel. Treatment is to regulate damp heat in the urinary bladder.

5.Small Intestine Headache: Pain is located in the neck, forehead and posterior head associated with lower abdominal pain and occurring around monthly periods.

6.Triple burner channel headaches: Pain located on the sides of head, nasal bridge associated with chest suffocation or neck pain.

These six types of headache may present on its own or in combination of two or more. Abdominal breathing exercises, walking or stretching can help with headaches. Acupuncture needles and herbs have shown in clinical setting to help alleviate all types of headaches.

Thank you.

Essential Oils enter the bloodstream quickly to give you immediate relief. For this reason, I recommend having them on hand to reduce symptoms quickly. Lavender and peppermint will kill pain when used together, and they also help with nausea. Never place them in the eye, but use them on the left side of your forehead, then take a deep inhalation of them, which delivers the oils directly to the brain. It is a lot easier than trying to figure out how to induce vomiting, which I would never do anyway. The body is giving you signals, but the essential oils will go deep inside through the blood stream and work for you. You can have an oil kit overnighted to your home if you go to this website: www.youngliving.com and order the Basic Starter Kit. The lavender and peppermint come in the kit. From what you explained, the stream of things that happened are viewed by me in this way.

1. You had nausea to begin with. This is an indication that your body wants to throw some toxins thrown out of your liver has been pushed back into the stomach due to gas pressure from your small intestine which in turn is because of accumulated matter which did not get fully digested or eliminated.

2. In our method you should have drunk a lot of water and induce vomiting. If you had vomited, the problem would not have escalated. Since you did not vomit and took some soup etc., the nausea stopped for that time, but the body reacted more violently next day throwing up all that had to be removed.

3. This violent reaction of vomiting a few times called for you to fast for that day to allow the body to complete its repair job. But you did not fast. There was also the accumulated matter in the small intestine which did not get eliminated.

4. Due to these stream of wrongs, it ended up to be a head ache and pain in your left eye -when rubbed.

5. Now for the Natural solution of the problem, first you should attempt for a natural bowel movement. Next use an enema bag with about 8 ozs. of plain cool water sent in to the colon through your anus. Retain this water for a minute or two and then release it in the toilet. this may bring a lot of feces and relieve your colon of all gas pressure and accumulated toxins.

6. Sip slowly one cup of water and gaze at the rising morning sun until it becomes green in color.

Follow it with keeping your eyes closed for a minute or two to allow all the images of sun disappear from the eyes.

7. Take a brisk walk swinging your hands freely and also do some sessions of deep breathing. At the end of this walk wet a small cotton hand towel in cool water, squeeze out the dripping water from the towel. Wave the towel in the air a few times. Lie down on a hard bed or floor and place the wet towel over your eyes and forehead. Continue to do the deep breathing exercise with closed eyes and rest for at least 15 minutes. This should completely free you from all head ache and eye pain..

The symptoms of headache, nausea, vomiting and sore throat may be treated with homeopathic remedy Iris Versicolor.

The headache may be caused from eye strain or an impending sinus infection. I would consult with an Optometrist just to rule out any chronic issues. Also, you may be able to alleviate the symptoms by trying the homeopathic remedy Chionanthus Virginica in tincture form.
