"She is an excellent , companionate acupuncturist"
"I have seen Shabnam over a few years for many reasons and I can not reiterate how much she takes your health to heart. From small vanity issues such as cellulite to trouble with sleeping, quitting bad habits and general pains and complaints, to serious issues that no western doctor could give me any solutions to. She gives you 100% of her attention and has a very warm, welcoming and comforting aura. She listens and talks with you, offering advice and perspective that's clear and well thought. Always eager to expand her knowledge of her craft at seminars and doing research to solve unresolved issues, which I saw first hand when I came to her with an issue so unknown about by western doctors they didn't even have a name to call it. If you have any issues big or small she treats them with the same respect and opened my eyes to the power of acupuncture. I'd recommend her to everyone I know. "
"I went in with the hope to feel better, and the understanding of my needs were met. I am grateful for the much needed help and I am grateful for the genuine passion and know how to help me with my needs. "

Hi, I was wondering if acupuncture can help with rheumatoid arthritis and inflammation? Thank you.
Anonymous Patient
Acupuncture decreases inflammation and in some studies acupuncture has proven to modulate the immune system. It will also be important to add acupuncture to your conventional rheumatoid arthritis treatment to address the side effects of the medication and keep you from needing additional medication.
