Any thoughts
It may be candidal intertrigo or an allergic contact dermatitis. These can be treated with topical creams by a dermatologist. In addition, patch testing may be helpful to identify if you are allergic to anything that may be causing the rash.
Ask your dermatologist to do a biopsy and possible immunofluorescence. It could be a contact dermatitis but genital rashes are difficult and autoimmune disorders go undiagnosed for years sometimes. I have several patients with disorders like psoriasis, lichen planus and pemphigus that have been diagnosed and treated as irritation and yeast infections for many months until a biopsy was done. Establishing the correct diagnosis is necessary to treat effectively.
Seborrheic/Atopic vulvitis is a common disorder described as an intermittent itchy/burning condition. It is often exacerbated by heat, humidity, sexual activity and exercise. This can be treated with Nizoral (ketoconazole) 2% shampoo daily and Fluocinonide 0.5% topical ointment twice daily.
An allergy to wipes or lubricants is possible. If you are using sanitary wipes, stop them. If your partner is using a lubricated condom it could also cause this. Change lubricant brands and consider using Aquanil or Cerave as a cleansing or lubrication aid. If the problem persists , see your Dermatologist for patch test for an occult allergen.
There are a number of things you can do to help your skin be healthier. The first is to quit using soda or sugared foods like cookies and cakes. The reason is that the sugar lowers your immune system for 7 hours. So, if you do have some sort of bacteria, they can grow more. The second thing is to take a probiotic, like HMF Forte or Culturelle, or Primal Defense. You can find these on Amazon. They help the immune system and help with yeast infections. The third thing I would do is to take a homeopathic (natural) medicine called Sepia. This does not interact with anything you are taking and may significantly help with the burning. It also may help with any symptoms of PMS, which I imagine you may be experiencing. Sepia comes in a tube the size of lip balm, and may be found at Whole Foods or other health food store. Follow instructions on the bottle. You can also call 1-800-homeopathy and purchase Sepia 30c (That is the strength). Take this for 1 month and the skin should be normal, and after 3 months PMS may be significantly improved. http://www.1-800homeopathy.com/
May be a bacteria skin infection called eryspeloid. Ask your doctor to treat you with antibiotics such as azithromycin or doxycycline for a while.
