I noticed two little bumps that just blended in with my skin just above my ankle. I tried to touch them, and they started itching. They've been there for a fews days and just a few minutes ago i found a larger version on the front of my leg. It's winter, so it's not mosquitoes, and it's not bed bugs since all of our stuff is the same as always and clean, and I'm not sexually active. Only thing it could be is ingrown hair since i haven't shaved my legs, but I'm still kinda curious.

Not sure without seeing the lesions. I would also consider folliculitis since you mentioned ingrown hairs. They usually start as a small pustule which ruptures and leaves an itchy bump behind.
