4 Reasons Why Ask DoctorBase is the Most Efficient Way to SEO and Establish Your Brand Online

  1. Ask DoctorBase is a free service for patients on the DoctorBase platform - currently servicing over 6 million American patients of record.
  2. All answers submitted by healthcare professionals (you) are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute doctor-patient relationships. All patients must agree to this before using Ask DoctorBase.
  3. Our software and our Marketing Engineering staff review each answer and optimize your answers for keywords valuable to your specialty. It is a well kept secret that doctors (you) - not SEO consultants - are the ones who have the most valuable content prized by search engines. Ask DoctorBase "unlocks and optimizes" your content in the most efficient manner possible with today's technology.
  4. Finally, the doctor who provides the most popular answer - "the Featured Answer," gets an added benefit by allowing patients to write rave reviews about your expertise - reviews that are submitted to both Google and Google Local through our Preferred Data Provider relationship.

Ask Dr. Molly if you have questions or want a personal session on how to best use Ask DoctorBase for maximum marketing impact.

Get a pregnancy test. It's normal to have a cycle every 28 days, but other lengths of time indicate imbalance. The easiest way I find to help women with the length of the cycle is to eat 2 TBPS ground flax seeds from day one of your period, which is the day you bleed, until day 15. Then take 2 TBSP ground sunflower seeds or sesame seeds daily until you bleed. This also helps with PMS, which women with long cycles tend to have. Try this for six months and any acne should improve also. Make her eat this every day, and be sure to get rid of the sugar and coffee, as these can affect estrogen.
I would not be concerned. It often takes 1-2 years from the first menstrual cycle to become regular.

About 1/3 of girls do not have regular menstrual cycles within 2 years after the menarche (first period). Do not panic.
If your daughter is sexually active, she should definitely have a pregnancy test soon. If not, irregular cycles are quite common when a young woman begins to menstruate as the brain and ovaries are just beginning to communicate.

Please do a urine pregnancy test and have her visit a gynecogist for counseling.
nothing its normal for a young girl to have irregular periods

nothing. This can happen at the beginning. So wait a while.

There are many reasons to miss a period, the most common being pregnancy. She should make sure to have a legitimate pregnancy test done if there is any possibility for it. Otherwise there is no need to do anything unless the lack of a period persists...

When a young woman begins her cycles, they are commonly irregular for the first few months. If the period is too frequent, too heavy or painful, then get advice from a gyn specialist.
