My daughter got her first period last month on the 20th and she didn't get her period this month and she is 100% sure she isn't pergent what should I do?

There are many reasons to miss a period, the most common being pregnancy. She should make sure to have a legitimate pregnancy test done if there is any possibility for it. Otherwise there is no need to do anything unless the lack of a period persists...
