How to get rid of urinary bladder stone

Dear Doctor,

2 weeks back I suffered from bad stomach pain due to urinary bladder stone. I consulted urologist and he told me to take urimax 4.0 for 2 weeks. Now 2 weeks time has finished but I didn't pass out the stone yet. I don't know why. I'm trying to avoid surgery. Is there are any other way for my problem?

Thank you

Your stone is in the ureter. At 5 mm, it has a 90% chance of passing. Give it time, unless you have severe pain.

Your ultrasound says a ureteral stone not a bladder stone. Ask your doctor about expulsive therapy(flomax)
Stones that are small will

Pass, however larger stones will

Need to be broken up. Depending on how large the stone is and also the number you have you maybe a candidate for minimally invasive surgery where no cuts are made and we can go in through the urethra and brake the stone up with laser.

Surgery. Other options are most likely to fail.
