4 Reasons Why Ask DoctorBase is the Most Efficient Way to SEO and Establish Your Brand Online

  1. Ask DoctorBase is a free service for patients on the DoctorBase platform - currently servicing over 6 million American patients of record.
  2. All answers submitted by healthcare professionals (you) are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute doctor-patient relationships. All patients must agree to this before using Ask DoctorBase.
  3. Our software and our Marketing Engineering staff review each answer and optimize your answers for keywords valuable to your specialty. It is a well kept secret that doctors (you) - not SEO consultants - are the ones who have the most valuable content prized by search engines. Ask DoctorBase "unlocks and optimizes" your content in the most efficient manner possible with today's technology.
  4. Finally, the doctor who provides the most popular answer - "the Featured Answer," gets an added benefit by allowing patients to write rave reviews about your expertise - reviews that are submitted to both Google and Google Local through our Preferred Data Provider relationship.

Ask Dr. Molly if you have questions or want a personal session on how to best use Ask DoctorBase for maximum marketing impact.

Constipation

I've been constipated for the last 9 or 10 days. I've taken everything from stool softener to enimas. I've gone a tiny bit throughout the week, but not getting any relief. Went to er two days ago. X-rays showed that there was quite a bit of stool in my colon(left side). The doctor gave me a bottle of magnesium citrate, I did go throughout the night but still no relief, took another bottle yesterday and went a little, but no relief. Still feeling constipated today.

At 23 years of age, new onset of constipation is usually dietary, and this time of year frequently related to dehydration. If you are a woman (you didn't specify), bowel changes can occur related to your menstrual cycle as well. I am also assuming you haven't taken any constipating medication? If they did not find anything in the ER, would suggest drinking more fluid to stay hydrated, increase the fiber in your diet (5-6 servings daily) or take a fiber supplement such as Metamucil once or twice daily, and start a probiotic (good bacteria) 25-35 billion colonies (this takes 2-3 weeks to work). You can also try peppermint oil which now also comes in an easy to use gelcap call IBGard, which will relax the colon. If you are still uncomfortable, should see you doctor or gastroenterologist.
The Medical Model is Amazing for trauma and limitations of matter, however when it comes to health and wellness the same algorithms do not produce the same high outcomes.

Instead investigate Functional Medicine to solve your health concerns such as this one: http://orangeparkchiropractor.com/functional-medicine/

When what your doing isn't working - time to try something else - something new and out of the box.

You may need colonoscopy. Need to confirm the absence of any of striking lesions.
