4 Reasons Why Ask DoctorBase is the Most Efficient Way to SEO and Establish Your Brand Online

  1. Ask DoctorBase is a free service for patients on the DoctorBase platform - currently servicing over 6 million American patients of record.
  2. All answers submitted by healthcare professionals (you) are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute doctor-patient relationships. All patients must agree to this before using Ask DoctorBase.
  3. Our software and our Marketing Engineering staff review each answer and optimize your answers for keywords valuable to your specialty. It is a well kept secret that doctors (you) - not SEO consultants - are the ones who have the most valuable content prized by search engines. Ask DoctorBase "unlocks and optimizes" your content in the most efficient manner possible with today's technology.
  4. Finally, the doctor who provides the most popular answer - "the Featured Answer," gets an added benefit by allowing patients to write rave reviews about your expertise - reviews that are submitted to both Google and Google Local through our Preferred Data Provider relationship.

Testices Ace Please help!

I am a young male in high school recently and I recently had a physical and the doc did not find anything unusual; however, recently I have been experiencing on and off acey pain in my testices. I do not have any STD because I am not sexually active. There are no weird lumps, but the veins in my scrotum are enlarge when I stand but when I lie down they feel normal. I usually get aches after exercise or standing for a long time. I am very concerned so any help is greatly appreciated!

Find low drug prices at local & online pharmacies

You have a varicocele (varicose veins of the testicular veins). A simple operation will fix that. Sometimes decreased sperm count and sperm motility are associated with this.

It sounds like a varicocele. These are rather simple treat, but do you require a procedure/surgery. You need to see a urologist.
Michael McManus
You have a varicocele, go see a Urologist for treatment.
Scott Baranoff
Sounds like dilated veins to the testicle which is a varicocele. You should see your regular doctor and then a urologist. This is a common finding but other conditions can feel similarly.

Some men don't need any treatment for varicocele

Tight or supportive underwear when active can help.

Surgeries to tie off or clip veins can be done. This is called a varicocelectomy.

Varicoceles can also be embolized.

No medicine can make a varicocele disappear.

Go to another doctor. Asked to be checked for varicoceles and if necessary a scrotal ultrasound
