4 Reasons Why Ask DoctorBase is the Most Efficient Way to SEO and Establish Your Brand Online

  1. Ask DoctorBase is a free service for patients on the DoctorBase platform - currently servicing over 6 million American patients of record.
  2. All answers submitted by healthcare professionals (you) are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute doctor-patient relationships. All patients must agree to this before using Ask DoctorBase.
  3. Our software and our Marketing Engineering staff review each answer and optimize your answers for keywords valuable to your specialty. It is a well kept secret that doctors (you) - not SEO consultants - are the ones who have the most valuable content prized by search engines. Ask DoctorBase "unlocks and optimizes" your content in the most efficient manner possible with today's technology.
  4. Finally, the doctor who provides the most popular answer - "the Featured Answer," gets an added benefit by allowing patients to write rave reviews about your expertise - reviews that are submitted to both Google and Google Local through our Preferred Data Provider relationship.

Ask Dr. Molly if you have questions or want a personal session on how to best use Ask DoctorBase for maximum marketing impact.

Could I be 16 and pregnant?

August I had my regular period. 5 days as usual, 18th-22nd. All of September I had not gotten my period. It is now october 1st and still nothing! Very very slight cramps and absolutely no blood at all. My friend says it could be me stressing that is delaying my period, but is there a chance? When my period ended in August I did not have sex until the middle of September, and we had a condom.

Once the girl has menarche (the first occurrence of menstruation) she can potentially get pregnant. Depending on family history, ethnic background, and geographical location (level of exposure to the sun), menarche can start from age 9 to age 17. Thus, if you have unprotected sex, you can get pregnant at age 16.

Even if you had a protected sex, I would still recommend you (1) take a pregnancy test, and (2) check for STDs.
Condoms have a very good rate at preventing pregnancy, but it still could happen. Get a pregnancy test at the drug store to be sure, and good job for using protection.
