Your cycle range is actually in the ovulatory range, it is just unusual for an individual to vary so much for example most women who have a 33 or 34 day cycle will ovulate they just ovulate later. You also list under your medications that you are taking Monoessa, if this is truly the case I would not expect you to ovulate at all since this is an OCP that is designed to block ovulation. I think you need to speak with an OB/Gyn to make a plan. Good luck.
If you are trying to conceive , there are several ways to check for ovulation. You can keep a Basal temperature chart. This requires a 'Basal Thermometer' and that you take your temperature every day immediately upon arising in the morning, The second option is to do a urine test kit for ovulation. There are 5 and 9 days test kits I would suggest the 9 day and that you start on the 12 or 13th day of your cycle counting the first day of your period as Day #1. The third option is to ask your OBGYN to do a Progesterone level during the latter part of your cycle. If you have a smart phone there are APPs available to help keep track of your cycles.

The milky watery substance is likely ovulation, and should be 15 days after you first start bleeding. The real issue is that your cycle is irregular. That is NOT normal. Do the following for 6 months and you will notice a huge change, and prevent symptoms like PMS, and weight gain, and thyroid issues, and depression, that some women get duet to imbalanced hormones:

'Want a quick and easy way to start balancing your hormones? Whether it's PMS or cramps or plain grumpiness, this simple addition to your day has been shown to help all of these! From day one of your period (the first day you bleed), take 2 TBSP of GROUND flax/chia/pumpkin seeds. Choose any seed you like, but be sure to grind them first. Flax seeds are conveniently sold ground already. Then, 2 weeks later (15 days from start of bleeding), switch to ground sunflower or sesame seeds. If your period is very irregular, you can use the moon cycle: day 1 of the month is the new moon. Then, on the full moon switch to sunflower/sesame seeds. The flax/chia/pumpkin seeds contain oils and compounds that support estrogen, and the other seeds support progesterone, right when we need it. Because this is very powerful, do not use this if you are using any kind of hormonal contraception. Do not use if you are allergic to any of these seeds.'
So, where is the question ?
