Early yesterday morning I found a pink chunk that's about a bit bigger than a bean and it also had a sprout like tail with it and almost like a tiny chunk of white discharge connecting to it. I've never been pregnant before and don't think I would/could be because I've taken many tests before getting into my monthly cycle just about 3 weeks ago and all came back negative. My sister thinks I may have had a miscarriage, could she be right or what could this be?

Possible Miscarriage?
Hard to say but probably not. Picture hard to interpret. It sounds like pregnancy tests were negative and if so not a pregnancy or miscarriage. Could be remnant of a tampon or other or uterine polyp. If you continue to have a discharge you should see you doctor for a speculum examination and assessment of the discharge.
