Erections at age 19 are common that last two hours. You don't have sickle cell anemia or clotting disorder ? If you have no medical history its normal for that duration of an erection.

It is not unusual for teens to have erections lasting 2 hours. As long as you get some release so that it does not last that long every day, it makes it difficult to work or go to school with an erection. Masturbation counts as sex.
