Could this be implantation bleeding?

I am 8 weeks pp, I got my first period at 5 weeks. I recently started spotting 9dpo & 4 days before it was due. First day pink discharge when I wiped, 2nd day like a really light period red blood 3rd day red spotting & today the 4th day was watery brown when I woke up now just red spotting only when I use bathroom. No cramps or diarrhea like my normal periods. I had some really strong cramps a few days after sex. Could my implantation bleeding be like this because of just having a baby?
