So my last period started on June 7 and went on until June 11. I have had some of the symptoms of someone being pregnant but they have reasonable explanations. My frequent urination is probably because I've been drinking water so much lately and my hunger isn't really active but in the summer it'll be lucky if I actually eat a real meal once because I'm just not a hungry person. My stomach has been a little stiff lately but I have also been constipated.

Can I be pregnant?
Early symptoms of pregnancy vary and may include frequent urination. As for the stomach problems, it could be seasonal: secretion and appetite are commonly low in summer. Assuming you are pregnant, today (July 6th) would me a mere 5th week, thus the pregnancy test would not be accurate. It is a bit early for the sonography either. See a specialist for cervical exam with gynecological speculum, which can reveal cyanotic (bluish) and softened exo-cervix indicative to pregnancy. Or wait and take pregnancy tests in a week or two.
