4 Reasons Why Ask DoctorBase is the Most Efficient Way to SEO and Establish Your Brand Online

  1. Ask DoctorBase is a free service for patients on the DoctorBase platform - currently servicing over 6 million American patients of record.
  2. All answers submitted by healthcare professionals (you) are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute doctor-patient relationships. All patients must agree to this before using Ask DoctorBase.
  3. Our software and our Marketing Engineering staff review each answer and optimize your answers for keywords valuable to your specialty. It is a well kept secret that doctors (you) - not SEO consultants - are the ones who have the most valuable content prized by search engines. Ask DoctorBase "unlocks and optimizes" your content in the most efficient manner possible with today's technology.
  4. Finally, the doctor who provides the most popular answer - "the Featured Answer," gets an added benefit by allowing patients to write rave reviews about your expertise - reviews that are submitted to both Google and Google Local through our Preferred Data Provider relationship.

Ask Dr. Molly if you have questions or want a personal session on how to best use Ask DoctorBase for maximum marketing impact.

Did I Miscarry?

A couple months ago was extra emotional and tired. My period was over 2 weeks late but thought it was aging since I am 45. However my periods are usually always on time or early. One day I started having terrible back pains and spotting. Layed down and pain was awful and started having bad stomach cramps. Went to pee and large blood clots and what looked like liver came out. Then lot blood and more tissue. Did I miscarry? Have pics to include

The picture you emailed, suggests on an embryonic sac.It doesn't look like a decidual tissue to think of a climacteric bleeding. If this was a miscarriage, and if you'll have period delays in forthcoming months, see a specialist to make sure that there are no residual tissues in the uterine cavity which can further grow into hydatidiform mole or trophoblastic disease. At the moment, an anitbacterial therapy would be an adequate choice.
The tissue is consistent with a miscarriage but also could be uterine tissue. The only way to know for sure is to bring the tissue to a gynecologist to have it sent out for pathology.

Pregnancy and miscarriage are certainly a possibility as well as hormonal changes causing abnormal uterine bleeding. There could also be uterine polyps or fibroids causing the abnormal bleeding. You need to be evaluated with examination, ultrasound and labs.
If the home pregnancy test

was positive and later it was

negative, then it was a

miscarriage.
