Lower eyelid blepharoplasty or surgical correction for under eye bags, lines or excess skin is a fairly affordable cosmetic procedure that is usually performed under anesthesia with a 2 to 3 week recovery.

It depends what you are having done. There are different options for lower lid surgery. The best thing to do is schedule an appointment for a consult and discuss it with the doctor.

The cost of lower eyelid blepharoplasty (under eye surgery) is quite variable depending on what needs to be done. Occasionally, the problem can be corrected with a filler injection which is relatively inexpensive. The most expensive is skin/muscle elevation, release of the arcus marginalis, repositioning of the fat pad and canthoplasty under general anesthesia. There are other options between the two depending on your problem. See a plastic surgeon with significant experience in eyelid rejuvenation who offers the full spectrum of options.
The eyes are the first and most important feature to rejuvenate. Doing so will make your entire face appear younger. You may choose to undergo lower #eyelidsurgery which can redistribute the fat under the eye and tighten the skin. On average the fee is $3200 (So Cal). Non-surgical treatments include the injection of #Restylane to the undereyes to plump and smooth the area. An average cost to expect is between $4000 and $8000. You definitely want a board-certified plastic surgeon, or facial plastic surgeon, or oculoplastic surgeon to make sure your procedure is performed correctly and safely. The reason for the price range is because different procedures may need to be done depending upon the condition of your lower eyelids. Here are a few things to consider and ask your surgeon what you might need:

1. Pinch blepharoplasty only

2. Fat pad removal or fat pad repositioning

3. Release of the arcus marginalis

4. Fat grafting to the tear trough region

5. Partial excision of the orbicularis muscle

6. Tightening of the orbicularis muscle

7. Lateral canthoplasty or lateral retinacular canthoplasty

8. Skin excision

9. Simultaneous chemical peel or laser resurfacing

10. Skin only or skin muscle flap or trans conjunctival approach

And remember prices vary with each surgeon, Geographic location, office-based surgery, surgical center, or hospital-based surgery. Usually, office-based surgery is less expensive.

Patient safety is of utmost importance. Good luck in your endeavors.
Lower lipo blepharoplasty varies depending on the surgeon and the geographic location that you are in. I know that in Miami Florida they do surgery pretty inexpensively at some facilities (not sure if that's good or bad...but I'll trust that you will do your research).

Typically blepharoplasty ranges between $4,000-$8,000 all inclusive including surgeon fees, facility fees, anesthesia fees, etc.

Cost for lower lid blepharoplasty varies just like any other plastic surgery. Costs are dependent on location, the surgeon, facility fees, anesthesia fees, etc. Typically here in San Francisco you'd be looking at around $3500+ for the professional fees alone. Be sure to shop around and go with the surgeon you feel most comfortable with. This goes for any elective surgical procedure, your relationship with your surgeon and your safety should be your primary concerns.
The cost is variable. It also depends on your expectations and the degree of work required. Your surgeon will be able to provide you with the costs after discussing the procedure(s) with you and what expectations can be realistically achieved.

Costs vary from one part of the country to the next. Does the lower eyelid surgery involve skin removal, fat removal or repositioning, or lid tightening. Total costs depend on the procedure, where it is done ( office or surgicenter or hospital).

Most importantly select a good surgeon.

You only want to do it once if possible.

In my office all blepharoplasty work is done with simple oral sedation and local anesthesia injections. The average upper and lower blepharoplasty take between 60 and 90 minutes to complete in its entirety. This approach, in the office under local anesthesia keeps our costs reasonable. Standard 4 eyelid blepharoplasty runs in the area of $6000 all fees included
