This is nerve damage and inflammation

LASER is radiation which could cause internal scarring thus more pain.

The way to reverse this is to regenerate subcutaneous cells to stem cells by specialized electro-acupuncture and herbs , energize them with electrolysis

Then detox the dead cells out thru metabolism and the rectum

Then stimulate the adrenals to release your own anti-inflammatory hormone with good electro-acupuncture and herbs.

Our staff can do that

I am assuming you had laser ablation of the greater saphenous vein(s). With laser ablation of the greater saphenous vein to treat chronic venous reflux, parathesias (irritation of the subcutaneous nerves) is not uncommon. These symptoms are usually self limited and improves over time. Up to 95% of symptoms resolve within the first year. Talk to your doctor who performed the surgery about a care plan to minimize the discomfort of this issue. Often medication doses need to be adjusted to optimize the benefit for individual patients.
I am so sorry that you are sufferring. Ideally you need to have a specialist, obtain your history, full examination of all the nerves, if needed blood test, electric test for nerve conduction, to find what is exact cause of your pain; most laser treatments are safe and does not cause nerve damage; but is possible if many veins fibrosed from laser, it may catch those nerve, but causes specific nerve related pain and numbness; but if entire feet (need to know both or one and from where to where, constant or intermittent, etc); so ideally you should have specialist evaluate and confirm damage to perticular nerve; many other cause of neuropathy can cause similar symptoms, for example, diabetes, vitamin deficiency, etc. There are certain medications which helps; gentle exercise, if needed specific vitamin supplement (e.g. B1, B6, B12); if high sugar and diabetes, then treating that helps; there was similar question posted by someone else with same age, same meds, and I guess, it may be you; and I have extensively answered that question; in that question, you did not mention, you had laser treatment.
