Anonymous"First I must say, the office is beautiful, upscale, and professional. The staff is warm and welcoming. I had the non-surgical nose filler. Dr. Vitenas surpassed my expectations. I had a prior rhinoplasty about 12 years ago (was NOT done by Dr. Vitenas) and although it was an improvement, I was not satisfied with the results. That prior surgery left me with hump on my bridge and unevenness, especially when I smiled. Dr. Vitenas is an artist and now my nose is beautiful. I had the filler done 7 days ago and the swelling is completely gone. Just two days after I had the filler, I took pictures at a wedding and although I was a little swollen at that time, I was still able to see dramatic improvement in my photos and profile. I am VERY impressed. I believe you will be too!"

"From the consultation to now my 3rd post-operative visit, Dr. Vitenas and his staff have always made sure all my questions are answered and I am comfortable. Another thing I love about Dr. Vitenas is he will tell you what will and will not look good and why you should choose 1 option over another option. He will give it to you honest, and I appreciate that in any physician, but especially a plastic surgeon who is altering your body image in 1 way or another. Trust the doctor who does this for a living to know what can and can't be done and what will and won't look good! My surgery was a difficult one, and Dr. Vitenas said as much after the procedure was over. You have to understand...my surgery was not a typical lift, but a lift of both and major reduction of 1 to correct my body's natural asymmetry(1 was roughly a C while the other roughly a DD). Immediately after my procedure the nurses who were in the room during the procedure asked about my pain level and accommodated me based on my answer. They also made me feel really good after surgery by telling me how great everything was going to look after healing. They told me I was going to be very happy with my results, and they were right! I can tell my healing is progressing, but it's even better when I walk in to my follow up appointments and see how happy Dr. Vitenas is with how well the healing process is going! I see the light at the end of the tunnel and already this surgery has completely changed how I feel about my body!! I still have a lot of healing to do, but I am already so happy that I don't have to try on 10 things in my closet to find the 1 that makes my boobs look more even!! I couldn't be more grateful for Dr. Vitenas and his staff!! I know where I'm going if I ever need another surgery!!"

When I was 21 I was in the United States Navy. I met a great man and got engaged. We were getting ready to have a baby and at 8 months pregnant my fiance died in a tragic accident. I was now alone and getting ready to have a baby. I had gestational diabetes and during the last month the baby grew quite a bit. I asked for another ultrasound but was denied because military insurance would not pay for two ultrasounds. I complained to the Doctor that the baby had grown a lot and he was larger than 8 lbs. The Doctor claimed there was no way that I could know. The baby was 10 lbs 2 ounces at birth. He had a fractured collar bone and I my uterus was over stretched and was bleeding profusely. After everything was taken care of the Doctor admitted that it should have been a cesarean section instead of a vaginal birth. I was very upset because it was to late to do anything about it now.
I stayed alone with my baby going to college and trying to make a living for many years, I didn’t date for quite some time. Once my life was back on track and felt my son was old enough to understand things I started dating and met a great man whom I married and had another child with.
Once I started having sex things weren’t right but since it had been quite some time I didn’t really think much about it. I also have a lot of wetness so it was difficult to decipher weather my vagina was of abnormal size or if it was just the wetness.
I had lost a lot of weight and was lifting weights, jogging, cycling, kickboxing and none of that helped with muscle tone of that specific area. So after my second child, by cesarean, i decided to see someone about my issues.
I did a lot of research and found Dr. Vatenas, I scheduled a visit and thought that I might become very embarrassed about my situation. However, after meeting with his consultant and taking with Dr. Vitenas I found everyone to be quite sensitive and polite. I never once felt embarrassed. Dr. Vatenas was very professional and has a great bedside manner.
I had the surgery for vaginal rejuvenation and my husband and I are so very glad we did this. The vagina feels better than it ever has. I have to admit that over time as things changed, I had not realized the degree to which my vaginal muscles had become lax. After the surgery and the recovery period, I felt like this was an entirely new sexual experience. My vaginal muscles are as tight or tighter then they have ever been before. I would do this surgery over again if necessary, I would have done it years ago had I known then what I know now. I think every woman who is over 40, or after children, or after weight loss or if you have extreme wetness or if you just generally feel lax, should have this surgery.
If you feel you might need this surgery but your not sure you must schedule a free consultation and see Dr. Vitenas!!! I encourage all women to get this done if you need to. The cost of having this done is minute compared to your life without it. I’m so happy I did this and my husband loves the outcome.
Dr. Vitenas has a beautiful facility located in Houston that includes his own surgery rooms on the third floor. It is clean and his staff are very friendly and professional. I do not have even the smallest complaint about my visits, the procedure, or after care. His cost was all inclusive with no added fees or anything. The price he gave me is the price I paid and included all the after care and Dr. visits. I found Dr. Vitenas to be kind and professional and a I would return to him for any other procedure I might want to have. I have seen other plastic surgeons and Dr. Vitenas is the one I’ll be returning to.

Which I totally agreed with him especially after him showing me photos of patients that had similar issues that I had that just had the implants. He really took his time & let me try on a bunch of different implants. I also wanted liposuction done & he went over the areas I wanted done. After all of that I got dress and sat down with Cheryl & she gave me the quotes for all 3 procedures. I probably sat in her office for over 30 minutes contemplating on what to do because I wasn't expecting to spend so much since I wasn't thinking about a lift as well. "Exactly What I Wanted! I debated breast augmentation for many years. Having nothing to begin with and being a very active person I was very cautious about making this choice. Exercise is very important to me and I did not want my physical fitness to be affected at all. That and I was extremely afraid that upon first introductions people would see my chest first, face second. I simply wanted to be proportionate, and that is exactly what I told Dr. Vitenas. And he was so patient with me! I had 2 separate consultations with him to go through my sizing, and both times he stayed with me as I tried on sizes over and over. He provided his expert opinion on what he thought fit my body well and I was very impressed with the factors he took into consideration in determining the right size for me. It wasn't simply a matter of trying to give me cleavage, that wasn't his objective. It was a number of determinants; my height, the amount of space between my waist and chest, my size... I left his office feeling very confident I had made the right decision on both the doctor and the size.
The surgery was a piece of cake! For all the worry I had about it I could not believe how quickly life turned back to normal! His after care instructions are so easy and I received so many comments about how quickly I had dropped and looked 'normal'. All said and done I ended up a full C, which is exactly what I wanted!! I was back to taking care of my kiddos (1 and 3) within a few days. I started back at Crossfit 5 days a week right after my 6 week follow up and I'm right back into the swing of things; no problem. I even did 100 pushups that week! Very impressed and I recommend him to everyone thinking about breast augmentation. You will not be disappointed.
I also want to briefly thank his staff. They are so helpful and accomodating. I had consultations with a few other doctors in the Houston area and his staff by far exceeds any I experenced. They're professionalism, friendliness, and organization is top notch.
