Susan Walter"The OFFICE STAFF IS VERY GOOD!! My rating DOES NOT INCLUDE THEM!! It's the medical staff with whom I have a problem!!! Medical Dr listened and communicated ~ good on the surface! However, listening went in one ear and out the other; and return communication seemed to be a script (usual & customary response); more interested in selling what is in the "store" than actually trying to determine my concerns.!! Your logo uses "Naturopathic Doctor" but I've only seen that individual one time!!! Expected that person to be involved at each visit!!"

Catherine Vereen"The first doctor I saw (can't remember his name, male, African american, blew through the evaluation so fast it was as if I wasn't even there. It was one of the worst doctor experiences I have ever had. He rather coldly turned my phone to record and went through a standard, rehearsed (may as well have been read) statement that was presented SO FAST and glossed over the basic philosophies of Progressive, but he WAS NOT listening to much of what I said. It was truly awful. The building was a wreck, because you were remodeling-this we would have easily forgiven even though we were there for over 3 hours-but, we were completely lied to about how much our insurance had said would be covered-will go into that in next session. After that we moved to Dr. Hubbard as our primary physician. She was awesome. Totally different doctor-listened, followed up, clearly cared. If the financial disaster hadn't followed, I would still be seeing her I'm sure. "

Anonymous"At first I was happy with my doctor, but communicating with her became frustrating. I even came off a medication with no guidance from her despite several calls and messages to the office. I no longer go to Progressive. I need a doctor who is available more than 2 days a week."

Anonymous"The last two times I've tried to get a tincture, The ingrediants were out, Calif. Poppy/Camomile. A few other supplements were out of stock also. I have been forced to order from Amazon.com or other supplement suppliers, like Swanson, or Whole Foods."

She listens to every concern and makes sure she addresses how to handle each one. She doesn't talk down to you (I've had that issue with medical professions in the past). She clearly cares about her patients and their wellbeing.
She takes the time to listen and talk to me about my concerns. She is extremely thorough, very professional, and knowledgeable.
She has an attitude that is positive and upbeat.
