"I haven't been to see a dentist in over 30 years. As you can imagine, I had a lot of different issues to deal with. From the woman who greeted me to your office to the woman who handled my financing on my way out, I received excellent service. I would like to thank Dr. Flores, Shauna and Bree for taking such good care of me. There was another girl who first took me back for x-rays and photos and then assisted in placing temporary caps but I can't remember her name (maybe Liz?). I wound up having 2 root canals, 6 temporary crowns and fitted for Lumineers top and bottom. The entire process took 5 hours and I was kept comfortable the whole time. I can't thank you enough for the service and care I received. I will soon have the smile I never thought possible before."

Very VERY nice staff...I think the only recommendationI can give is after the x-rays are done and a person is seated, instead of telling me that someone will be right in and the person doesn't come for 25 minutes...maybe check with the patient and provide an update since obviously my hygenist (spelling?) was caught up on another patient, which is fine and I understand but I just sat there with no one telling me anything. I'm in customer service where I work so I know how it can be. Keeping the customer informed is always ALWAYS benificial. Other than that...OMG you have vibrating and heated chairs with laughing gas that really made me feel much less anxious. Do you all have television and someone to rub my feet too...LOL.
The option to use a financial assistance program was beyond word TERRIFIC!

"The front office staff was very pleasant treated me well, and the girl who did my X-rays was friendly and professional, but my experience went downhill quickly from there. The hygienist who did my cleaning was not very friendly and I have never had such a painful cleaning. The dentist barely made eye contact and after about 30 seconds told me I needed to have all my filings replaced. Then they took me in another room and tried to sell me on veneers. This is not a place that cares about its patients, it is a complete money making racket. My "$350" value teeth whitening kit was a ziplock bag with some do it yourself trays and one syringe of bleach. I know from past experience that most dentists charge $100-$150 for a full kit, complete with 2 syringes in the manufacturer's box. Also, I have never been in any professional office that insisted I leave my credit card number on file in case there were any extra charges that my insurance didn't cover, before I even saw a dentist. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to let them know about my experience, and I will make sure everyone I know hears about my experience. "

They told me to bring a coupon so the exam and xrays would be free then billed the insurance company. That's not free. I brought xrays from another doctor that were just over a week old and they would have been fine to use for a second opinion. I explained all this to your staff at the time the appointment was made.
