Diana De Los Santos"Again, I travel from Austin -- when there are a multitude of quality dentists -- to see Dr. Zacarias here in McAllen. It is because of the exemplary professional service that he, his assistants, and office staff provide from the moment you enter his office. It is without doubt the most comfortable dentist setting Ive ever experienced.
Dr. Zacarias sets you at ease from the get go -- laying out the various options for treatment, and the gentle approach in his excellent execution of your dental procedures.
His assistant, Aspen, expertly assists Dr. Zacarias in handling all measurements, required dental scans and X rays -- all while keeping you 100 % comfortable throughout your treatment.. And also, his dental hygienist, Pricilla (sp?) does such excellent gentle work at cleaning your teeth.
Meanwhile, his office manager, Yoli - exceptional and always helpful by informing you of payment options that ease the financing of your dental work and keeps you updated on follow up visits.
Top of all that, you have a dentist who truly cares to see that you have the ultimate dental care.
I am also speaking in behalf of my entire family who sees only Dr. Zacarias -- fact is, they kept recommending his services over any dentist I could find elsewhere.
So, I'll continue to travel from Austin to McAllen to see Dr.Zacarias for all of my dental needs as I have yet to find a more exceptional professional dental office setting. Rating this office 10 out of 10.

I had to have a root canal done & had been living with intense pain for almost 2 years because I feared the dentist chair. At the moment of crisis, his staff was able to set up a last moment appointment.
