"I have had extensive dental work done throughout the years and have never had a dentist that I've really liked. Until now. He may seem young, but don't mistake that for inexperience. Dr. Will knows his field. He also takes the time to explain exactly what he's doing, why he is doing it, and also makes sure you are feeling comfortable every step of the way. The environment provided is amazing too: friendly staff, cozy blankets, headphones playing satellite radio, tv monitors to watch, and even sherbet offered after your procedure is done. Although most dental procedures are never something you look forward to, Dr. Will does his best to make it the most positive experience possible. I know it may sound like I'm overly gushing here, but I honestly can't express how impressed I am so far with

The hygienists joke with her, and explain what they are doing in very kid-friendly ways. The receptionists are awesome. There are cool little gifts for her after each visit. There are even guitars on the walls, cool music playing in the background, and fun colors on the walls. And best of all - everyone is always smiling and is happy. Going to the dentist for my 6 year-old is something she literally looks forward to. Oh yeah, and they do a fantastic job.

Liz"LuxeSmile was able to fit me in for a last minute teeth whitening where Christine and Dr. Will took great care of me. Christine was very careful, always making sure I was okay and not in any discomfort. She was very clear in explaining the process and preparing me for any potentially uncomfortable parts. The whiting takes about an hour, but it was a nice, relaxing hour with my favorite Pandora station playing and snuggled up in their comfortable chairs under a nice warm blanket! Definitely not an experience I've had in another dental office. Dr. Will came in to check on me a few times and, with the rest of his staff, made for a great experience. I would definitely recommend LuxeSmile to friends! "

"The minute I walked into the office, every one of the staff greeted me like I was an old friend. These people must love their jobs. Every one I met was happy, informative, and helpful. Amy did my cleaning and Xrays and explained in detail every step she took. She was fabulous. Then came Dr. Will, one of the nicest people I've met in a long time. He went over with Amy any findings she noticed. Watching their interaction and respect for each other was a beautiful thing to watch. Everyone seemed to be part of a special team. Amy had found one particular problem, Dr. Will explained in detail what the consequences would eventually be and we all decided to act on it. I felt like I might be the cheerleader for the team. My entire visit was one of total satisfaction. Kudos to all of you."

I actually took a step back outside because I though I had entered the wrong door! Every other dentist's office I had been to had been cold and stark... this facility was cool and inviting! They took time to explain how the work will be done, and what they will do for me while we are working on this project, which will take some time.

This place really makes the patient feel at ease with being there - even if it's an emergency procedure (I had a broken tooth!). I was already stressed from my job, family obligations, and other things... on top of all that... a piece of my tooth breaks! Dr. Burghardt made me feel comfortable and put me at ease and made me actually think that EVERYTHING will be OK soon. He worked on my tooth, he was friendly and quick but I didn't feel rushed (and he didn't rush). His staff were really great people who care about you as the patient and they put your concerns first. Overall an OUTSTANDING place to be a patient.
