Infecting husband :(

Hi - my husband keeps getting yeast infections after we have sex. Most of the time, I do not feel like I have a yeast infection. Sometimes, when I'm close to getting my period I do feel an itchy/burning feeling, and try to avoid him, and use an over the counter medication (canestin) ..but I feel like this is happening every few months. Is there anything I can do to reduce the amount of yeast in my body so I stop infecting my husband? I am not on birth control or other medication.

Try probiotics, specifically, acidophillus (lactobacillus acidophillus). If you need something to nuke it, take 1 dose of Diflucan (150mg). It is hard on the liver though, most people are okay with it but be warned.
