4 Reasons Why Ask DoctorBase is the Most Efficient Way to SEO and Establish Your Brand Online

  1. Ask DoctorBase is a free service for patients on the DoctorBase platform - currently servicing over 6 million American patients of record.
  2. All answers submitted by healthcare professionals (you) are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute doctor-patient relationships. All patients must agree to this before using Ask DoctorBase.
  3. Our software and our Marketing Engineering staff review each answer and optimize your answers for keywords valuable to your specialty. It is a well kept secret that doctors (you) - not SEO consultants - are the ones who have the most valuable content prized by search engines. Ask DoctorBase "unlocks and optimizes" your content in the most efficient manner possible with today's technology.
  4. Finally, the doctor who provides the most popular answer - "the Featured Answer," gets an added benefit by allowing patients to write rave reviews about your expertise - reviews that are submitted to both Google and Google Local through our Preferred Data Provider relationship.

Ask Dr. Molly if you have questions or want a personal session on how to best use Ask DoctorBase for maximum marketing impact.

I just wanna not be in pain and be able to sleep and be happy.

Hi my name is Jonathan, I'm having alot of trouble with sleep, even getting 8 hours it feels like 2 maybe 3, as well as severe pain in my lower back from a previous accident, I'm also having very high anxiety and depression issues. What medications would help me when going to see a face to face doctor?

I am really sorry that you are in such a great pain. Accident related back aches can be a nuisance, especially without full investigation. You net to have a full workup by a team of orthopedic and neuro surgeons.

Between the two of them, it might be possible to identify which of your lumbosacral nerves are being pinched by compacted or fracture vertebra. There are many surgical options for relieving such nerve compressions.

Until you are able to see the surgeons, a physical therapist may manipulate your vertebrae, and figure out a pain free posture for you or recommend a suitable back braces to your primaray care doctor. Sleeping peels or even narcotics will only mask the problem. It my wish that your pain will be extinguish soonest.

There are antidepressants that also assist with chronic pain. Celexa is one I've tried in the past.

If you're going to see a "face to face doctor," then they can tell you the best medications to take. More than likely, once you take care of the pain in your back you may not need medications for your depression, anxiety and insomnia. Still, it's possible you have had depression, anxiety, and insomnia apart from your pain. In that case, you doctor may suggest counseling, behavior modification, or medications. In any case, the doctor you finally see should be able to discuss with you the best course of treatment to take.

Be Well.
