Hi, I got the implant about a month ago. I've been having short, sharp pains in my arm every so often and I've recently noticed that I can feel that the implant has moved about and inch or so towards my elbow, is this normal?

Just look at the small scar from insertion and as long as it is close by ; easily found there is usually no problem. You may always get it checked. But if there is no redness nor drainage to suggest an infection it is probably ok.
