Very Sensive skin

Over the past four week I have been in extreme discomfort with sensitive skin across my front,back,upper inner thigh and neck.My body and muscles feels very achey .

three weeks ago I had a water infection and was in pain when passing water.Went to see a gp for tests and Xrays and theses have been resolved,however my skin problem remains.The skin looks normal and does not itch.

The GP advised that I come off my amytriptyline which is now at 30mg per day.

Thoughts please.
