4 Reasons Why Ask DoctorBase™ is the Most Efficient Way to SEO and Establish Your Brand Online
- Ask DoctorBase™ is a free service for patients on the DoctorBase platform - currently servicing over 6 million American patients of record.
- All answers submitted by healthcare professionals (you) are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute doctor-patient relationships. All patients must agree to this before using Ask DoctorBase™.
- Our software and our Marketing Engineering staff review each answer and optimize your answers for keywords valuable to your specialty. It is a well kept secret that doctors (you) - not SEO consultants - are the ones who have the most valuable content prized by search engines. Ask DoctorBase™ "unlocks and optimizes" your content in the most efficient manner possible with today's technology.
- Finally, the doctor who provides the most popular answer - "the Featured Answer," gets an added benefit by allowing patients to write rave reviews about your expertise - reviews that are submitted to both Google and Google Local through our Preferred Data Provider relationship.
Ask Dr. Molly if you have questions or want a personal session on how to best use Ask DoctorBase™ for maximum marketing impact.
trouble sleeping
I would encourage you to write back with a much more detailed case history then "trouble sleeping". It is impossible to give you any accurate advice since sleeping difficulties can be a symptom of numerous causes like, but not limited to, psycological stress, liver issues, kidney issues, atlas subluxation, adrenal fatigue, circadian disrythmia, etc. etc. etc. Find the cause, do not cover the symptom with sleep meds, you could have a SERIOUS problem, or not. www.discoverhealth.us
Trouble sleeping at ...night? What's going on? Are you doing any drugs? Playing video games late into the night? Texting late into the night? Try chilling...turning off electronics...I know, I know....just one more round...but then no sleep. Not good. Sleep is when your brain "refreshes" itself, flushes out all the waste from the day. The amounts people need varying but 7 to 8 hours is about right for 90% of all of us.
Sleeping is such a complex phenomenon tha it is almost impossible to answer with any validiy without additional information. Recently, it has been discovered however tha eating cherries before bedtime is proving more beneficial then the usually recommended glass of warm milk. I have read some amazing reports of success. Check WebMed for the usual recommendations for getting a good nights sleep, however.
Are you worried about something? Do you go to bed very late? These things can stress your adrenal glands, which are tine glands above your kidneys that produce a number of very important hormones, including cortisol and adrenaline. Too much sugar, drugs, alcohol, sports, and worry can all cause adrenal fatigue so that the adrenals are not functioning correctly. Do you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep? There are many other questions that need to be answered. It is great that you are asking about sleep, as sleep is very important for your mental and physical health.
I suspect lifestyle changes are in order at your age. I would stay away from prescription medications, you will never get normal sleep on these meds. In my office we utilize cranial electrical stimulation delivered by the Alpha-Stim microcurrent device. This device is FDA cleared to treat insomnia and is a totally natural treatment. We prescribe these devices daily.
There could be a variety of reason's why you are having trouble sleeping. You should probably see a traditional naturopath and have an evaluation to see what imbalances are causing your insomnia. Good Luck ...
A variety of reasons could be contributing to this… some things to consider: refrain from TV and other digital or stimulating activities at least 30 minutes prior to bed, try some over the counter simple remedies such as: Valerian root, kava, theanine, etc…. you can go to https://www.naturaespath.com/pharmacy.html to find one of these supplements made by a reputable nutraceutical company. Also…a bit of protein or healthy fat before bed can also help if it is a rising cortisol issue. Consider doing a salivary adrenal test to see what your cortisol curve looks like throughout the day/evening. This can be done at a fairly reasonable price. If you would like more information on this email me and/or give my office a call.
