4 Reasons Why Ask DoctorBase is the Most Efficient Way to SEO and Establish Your Brand Online

  1. Ask DoctorBase is a free service for patients on the DoctorBase platform - currently servicing over 6 million American patients of record.
  2. All answers submitted by healthcare professionals (you) are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute doctor-patient relationships. All patients must agree to this before using Ask DoctorBase.
  3. Our software and our Marketing Engineering staff review each answer and optimize your answers for keywords valuable to your specialty. It is a well kept secret that doctors (you) - not SEO consultants - are the ones who have the most valuable content prized by search engines. Ask DoctorBase "unlocks and optimizes" your content in the most efficient manner possible with today's technology.
  4. Finally, the doctor who provides the most popular answer - "the Featured Answer," gets an added benefit by allowing patients to write rave reviews about your expertise - reviews that are submitted to both Google and Google Local through our Preferred Data Provider relationship.

Toe Nail Infection? Fungus? HELP!

I've noticed something wrong with only this toe. It has been in this condition for about 3 months now. The nail is intact but very loosely on the sides, in the middle however, it's so loose I could just pull it off, very weird. I don't know what that spongy part is, if it's my nail bed or not? But I thought it was just dried skin, like a callus, so I cut it off and the skin started bleeding immediately. There are like black specks in it. Please help inform me what is wrong with my toe!

That is a wart.

It may be thickening of the nail with debris from the fungus under their toenail.

I wonder if you have any pain and/or fluid leaking from this area like pus? The picture is not 100% clear but there is concern that perhaps you have had an ingrown toenail given that the nail was loose etc. You should see a provider soon for them to examine it in person and if it is an ingrown toenail antibiotics and removal of the nail(it will grow back) may be indicated.
