I have a touch fleshy lump near the outside of my vagina. It gives me pain at the beginning and slightly during sex if not enough lube is applied. It can be seen on the left side (right if you're looking at the picture) and seems to be round.

It seems that you may have a benign, inflammatory condition at the vaginal entrance, called: Bartholin cyst, or Bartholin abscess. Stay away from vaginal penetration for now, keep the area as clean as possible, try to apply some Neosporin ointment 3-4 times a day, if no significant improvement in 2-3 days, see a gyn. specialist.
