About a week ago, I've had this pain in my upper abdomen, it was hard to lay on it , and do any kind of exercise. I waited it out and yesterday is when the pain in my upper shoulder started to hurt. It hurts on the upper collar bone leading into my shoulder blade. After a few days, I can now lay on the side that hurts, but it still aches.

Your description of your upper abdominal pain is so vague that one can hardly accurately relate it to any of the sstructurres in your abdominal or thoracic atea. The commonest connection between upper abdominal pain and and shoulder blade pain is gall bladder infection with outlet obstruction.
If the pain returns you should get details of its trigger, time of onset, character, intensity, exact location, its radiation to other parts of the body, other associated symptoms, what makes better or worse, etc. Take that information to an urgent care center if you can not see your PPPCat once, so that you can be physically examined and tested fo establish a diagnosis.
