Yes, this can happen. Nobody can say how long this might be going on, a lot depends on the reason why you had that done, as well on the medical indication of the procedure! If you going to have this longer than 4-6 weeks, or if the bleeding becomes heavier, call your surgeon!!

This is very common and can last a variable but brief tie after the procedure. It also depends on why the D & C was performed. If it was for an abortion you ay have retained products of conception if this lasts beyond 2-3 weeks. A missed endometrial polyp can also cause spotting. Check with your physician if spotting continues beyond 3-4 weeks.
This depends on your reason for the D&C. TWo weeks is not unusual. If it was to screen for post menopausal bleeding the duration may be less than if it was for an incomplete miscarriage. I recommend keeping your followup visit to review your pathology report and review your symptoms.

Unfortunately you did not indicate your age or why you had the D&C in the first place. It is not uncommon to have some type of bleeding/spotting for up to 6 weeks after a D&C. As always it is best to speak with the physician who performed the D&C to see if she/he thinks your bleeding pattern is normal good luck.
It is normal to be spotting still as long as you don't have a fever or cramping. There is no determined time. It's different for everyone. If you are still spotting after a month, call your doctor.

There are many different reasons that women have a D&C. For most of them, spotting post operatively is normal and can last for several weeks.
