4 Reasons Why Ask DoctorBase is the Most Efficient Way to SEO and Establish Your Brand Online

  1. Ask DoctorBase is a free service for patients on the DoctorBase platform - currently servicing over 6 million American patients of record.
  2. All answers submitted by healthcare professionals (you) are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute doctor-patient relationships. All patients must agree to this before using Ask DoctorBase.
  3. Our software and our Marketing Engineering staff review each answer and optimize your answers for keywords valuable to your specialty. It is a well kept secret that doctors (you) - not SEO consultants - are the ones who have the most valuable content prized by search engines. Ask DoctorBase "unlocks and optimizes" your content in the most efficient manner possible with today's technology.
  4. Finally, the doctor who provides the most popular answer - "the Featured Answer," gets an added benefit by allowing patients to write rave reviews about your expertise - reviews that are submitted to both Google and Google Local through our Preferred Data Provider relationship.

Tachycardia after PE recovery

I am a 22 year old female healthy no med/surg hist. Had moderate size subacute PE 3 wks ago. Was Taking accutane, Wellbutrin, nuva ring. Currently off nuva ring and has been taking Percs/norco+eliquis. Lately I haven't been taking much pain meds. Have my own pulseox. Ever since PE my HR has been in 110s-150s. Occasionally will have dizziness and palpitations. Sats will sometimes drop to 80s but come up quick. My HR will someone's go from 40s up to over 100 very quickly. Is this normal after PErec?

None of this is normal. I would discuss with your doctor. Too much pain medication is addicting and can be very dangerous. Please be careful.

Best of luck!
Tachycardia is your body's attempt to correct hypotension or low blood pressure. One the adverse reactions of the eliquis, you are currently taking for PE recovery, is hypotension. So your pulmunologist may want to reduce its dosage gradually or change it to avoid your going into hypovolemic shock.
This is not normal. I would seek comprehensive evaluation in the emergency room.
