This is more like a severe flu attack. Stay on Thermaflu , otc decongestant cough syrops, and pain pills for another four days. If you are not feeling better, you should see your PCP to rule out sinusitis and pneumonitis. Get up to date with your flu shots after recovery.

Not enough Case History. Could be respiritory infection, COPD, collapsed lung (unlikely), etc.
