4 Reasons Why Ask DoctorBase is the Most Efficient Way to SEO and Establish Your Brand Online

  1. Ask DoctorBase is a free service for patients on the DoctorBase platform - currently servicing over 6 million American patients of record.
  2. All answers submitted by healthcare professionals (you) are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute doctor-patient relationships. All patients must agree to this before using Ask DoctorBase.
  3. Our software and our Marketing Engineering staff review each answer and optimize your answers for keywords valuable to your specialty. It is a well kept secret that doctors (you) - not SEO consultants - are the ones who have the most valuable content prized by search engines. Ask DoctorBase "unlocks and optimizes" your content in the most efficient manner possible with today's technology.
  4. Finally, the doctor who provides the most popular answer - "the Featured Answer," gets an added benefit by allowing patients to write rave reviews about your expertise - reviews that are submitted to both Google and Google Local through our Preferred Data Provider relationship.

Ask Dr. Molly if you have questions or want a personal session on how to best use Ask DoctorBase for maximum marketing impact.

Forearm Pain

I'm a 25 year old female, I smoke a e-cig, don't really move around and I sleep in a recliner. For the last 16 hours I've been having a fullness numbing feeling on the top of my forearm and every once in a while tingling in my fingers, also it's in my left forearm and fingers.

Radial neuropathy resulting from impingement of the radial nerve when falling asleep on a reclineror one's arm hangingover the arm rest of a chair causing compression of the radial nerve at the spiral grove

EMG and nerve conduction study will tell how much damage you have,

and if recovery is full,

find yourself a bed to sleep and see your family physician

sleeping in recliner can cause many musculoskeletal problems including pressure on nerves to your arms. changing your sleeping habits could help this issue and would definately improve your overall health.

Chiropractic is the obvious choice for a primary care evaluation, if he/she feels it necessary to refer out or co-care your case the Chiropractor will do so.

That sounds like an awful night's sleep! I'd try to find a bed, get rid of the electronics and start moving.

The numbness and tingling is most likely carpel tunnel syndrome and/or ulnar nerve entrapment. I would hope that they would get better if you start sleeping better. If not, discuss with your doctor.

Best of luck!
I dont hang my arm over my head but i do favor sleeping on my keft side im also on my smart phone almost every waking hour can that have something to do with it.

I suspect you have been hanging your left arm over the top of your recliner. What this does is to compress the axillary nerve under your left armpit, which would cause the numbness and tingling. Try a change of position and see what happens. Where that doesn't help, you need to make an appointment to see your pcp to see if the e-cig and your life style has anything to do with it.
also needs blood pressure ,ekg not to loose sight of sedentary life style ex smoker leading to heart condition.
