4 Reasons Why Ask DoctorBase is the Most Efficient Way to SEO and Establish Your Brand Online

  1. Ask DoctorBase is a free service for patients on the DoctorBase platform - currently servicing over 6 million American patients of record.
  2. All answers submitted by healthcare professionals (you) are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute doctor-patient relationships. All patients must agree to this before using Ask DoctorBase.
  3. Our software and our Marketing Engineering staff review each answer and optimize your answers for keywords valuable to your specialty. It is a well kept secret that doctors (you) - not SEO consultants - are the ones who have the most valuable content prized by search engines. Ask DoctorBase "unlocks and optimizes" your content in the most efficient manner possible with today's technology.
  4. Finally, the doctor who provides the most popular answer - "the Featured Answer," gets an added benefit by allowing patients to write rave reviews about your expertise - reviews that are submitted to both Google and Google Local through our Preferred Data Provider relationship.

Itching on anus

A couple months back I tested positive for Chlamydia. When they were testing me they stuck their finger in my vagina and anus with the same glove (which I thought was a little unsanitary and don't know if this has to do with it) but ever since that day when I have a bowel movement it tingles and itches for a max of 20 minutes after. This has been going off and on for about 4 months now. Its nothing serious, the pain is very mild and thought it will go away but it hasn't yet.

It is possible that your physician though you have hemorrhoids. In that case doing a rectal exam and itching make sense. You should ask him so you know your diagnosis

I am not sure why the provider felt it necessary to do a rectal exam on a 20 year old in the first place, but I do not think the exam would cause your symptoms. I would call your provider and ask them for a prescription strength hemorrhoidal cream. If after using the cream for 10-14 days you still have the same issues then I think an exam would be indicated. Good luck
