4 Reasons Why Ask DoctorBase is the Most Efficient Way to SEO and Establish Your Brand Online

  1. Ask DoctorBase is a free service for patients on the DoctorBase platform - currently servicing over 6 million American patients of record.
  2. All answers submitted by healthcare professionals (you) are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute doctor-patient relationships. All patients must agree to this before using Ask DoctorBase.
  3. Our software and our Marketing Engineering staff review each answer and optimize your answers for keywords valuable to your specialty. It is a well kept secret that doctors (you) - not SEO consultants - are the ones who have the most valuable content prized by search engines. Ask DoctorBase "unlocks and optimizes" your content in the most efficient manner possible with today's technology.
  4. Finally, the doctor who provides the most popular answer - "the Featured Answer," gets an added benefit by allowing patients to write rave reviews about your expertise - reviews that are submitted to both Google and Google Local through our Preferred Data Provider relationship.

Ask Dr. Molly if you have questions or want a personal session on how to best use Ask DoctorBase for maximum marketing impact.

I feel like I'm shaking/seizing, but I'm not physically moving.

This has been happening for as long as I can remember... Sometimes when I'm in bed at night, my hands will start getting tingly/warm. Then, if I'm really still, it'll move throughout my whole body and it'll feel like I'm shaking and moving back and forth. But when I watch myself do it, I'm perfectly still. And sometimes, if I concentrate on my hands, I can make it happen by will. It's not painful, but it worries me. Thanks!

That is unusual. It does not sound like a seizure to me, but if it worries you I would discuss your concerns with your doctor. My best guess is this is nothing to be worried about.

Best of luck!
It could be a mild presentation of sleep paralysis. Everyone experiences something similar as they fall asleep, but some people are more sensitive than others.
Perhaps you and your physicians have come to an understanding -- these symptoms are consistent with nerve irritations - hands and arms and legs can exhibit these symptoms from compression - - I recommend a wellness check up - including complete physical exam, complete blood testing including B12 and thyroid hormone levels. A Physiatrist may be able to put you through maneuvers which reproduce your symptoms.
This could also be a variant of seizure known as absence or a non-generalized seizure. Have you consulted w/ a neurologist?

This could be a form of vertigo. Are you also having sinus or ear infections? You may want to see an ENT doctor to be sure there is no problem.
