So it started off with just about 3 "bug bites" on my stomach. I kept on scratching and when I lifted up my shirt, more than 20 bites were there. I started to get worried so I put some cream on about the next day The other side of my stomach had A LOT of "bug bites" as well. In 2 days the bites dissappeared and later turned into pimples or they just left a dark scar. 3 months later (this is embarrassing) Today I find out there's "bug bites" entering my "ass" . I'm really worried right now!!!

It is infectious and if it is scabies it is a sexually transmitted disease. See your doctor and get properly diagnosed and treated. Also check your bed for bed bugs.
Sounds like the "seven year itch", or what we today call scabies. It is caused by a small insect called the scabies mite and is contagious. It is treated most commonly with permethrin creams, but there are also other treatments. You and everyone you live with will need to be treated, and all your bedding and clothes should be washed in hot water and dried in a dryer.
