4 Reasons Why Ask DoctorBase is the Most Efficient Way to SEO and Establish Your Brand Online

  1. Ask DoctorBase is a free service for patients on the DoctorBase platform - currently servicing over 6 million American patients of record.
  2. All answers submitted by healthcare professionals (you) are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute doctor-patient relationships. All patients must agree to this before using Ask DoctorBase.
  3. Our software and our Marketing Engineering staff review each answer and optimize your answers for keywords valuable to your specialty. It is a well kept secret that doctors (you) - not SEO consultants - are the ones who have the most valuable content prized by search engines. Ask DoctorBase "unlocks and optimizes" your content in the most efficient manner possible with today's technology.
  4. Finally, the doctor who provides the most popular answer - "the Featured Answer," gets an added benefit by allowing patients to write rave reviews about your expertise - reviews that are submitted to both Google and Google Local through our Preferred Data Provider relationship.

Child birth

What is the best method of childbirth when someone has dexa cardiology, asthma and one lung? My wife is 38 weeks pregnant and I we are trying to go with the best method of delivery. The current obgyn suggested natural with local anesthetic. I have also done research on child birth and found that natural birth causes a lot of stress on the mothers body. I looked deeper and saw that the surgical procedure would be better despite the recovery. I need some help to better understand.

Absolutely mandatory to have the delivery in the most advanced hospital in your city. Before this second career,I did thoracic&cardio-vascular surgery for 30 years. So i know what I am advising. Or a university hospital. Your wife urgently needs to have a consultation with pulmonologist(lung specialist),a cardiologist, and an anesthesiologist from that hospital in addition to the most experienced obstetrician and all 4 will plan her delivery and anticipate all possible complications.

I am sorry to hear about your wife's medical problems. I have not had a patient with dextrocardia, but if I did I would consult both a cardiologist and perinatologist (high risk OB also called a Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist) to get their respective guidance. I would assume your wife has a cardiologist that she sees, if she doesn't I would respectfully ask your OB/Gyn to get an urgent consult from a cardiologist. Usually if the patient has any cardiac compromise, for example heart failure, a c-section is advised. I also hope your wife will be delivering in a hospital with an ICU just in case she needs cardiac monitoring after the delivery. It is always better to be prepared for the worst and hope for the best. Good luck.
SHE does not seems to be high risk pregnancy and she is full term

again normal spontaneous vaginal delivery trail

NSVD ( VAGINAL )

Honestly - SitusInversus /Dextrocardia - this does not matter in terms of a delivery mode - and with just one lung - a vaginal delivery is best IF possible.
