After multiple exams & ultrasound (including 2 at Ronald Reagan UCLA Med Center), docs have been unable to pinpoint why I - healthy, athletic female, mid twenties - have been bleeding/menstruating nonstop for almost a year. Normal blood & urine tests. Not pregnant. No drugs. No meds, but small iron supplementation. Tried 3 months of Progesterone but bled regardless. Endometreosis suggested, not confirmed. Are there any diagnoses that docs could be overlooking that I could suggest/emphasize?

What could cause months of non-stop bleeding? Can you suggest overlooked diagnoses?
Many athletic females either have no menstrual periods or irregular cycles from anovulation. You did not list your weight but I suspect you are thin. If you are not opposed to it I would recommend you try the Nuva Ring to regulate your bleeding, and potentially stop it all together. Good luck.
What is your blood level of estradiol&progesterone?
Birth control pills can sometimes regulate the periods.
Consider getting consultation with a blood specialist(Haematologist)
If all of the above is nonrevealing then may consider a D&C which now can be done by laser. Let me know what is being done 954-290-3461 Also, need to keep track of your CBC
