Pimple like dots on female parts

I have had itching and redness on my female parts for some weeks now, on the top of my female parts there are pimple like dots with white or yellow filling, they dont itch as much as around my vagina lips, they havent crusted or turned into a sore but I am worried that this might be herpes. My female parts are quite red and sore and I cant wear tight clothing for a long period. But there is no pimple like dots around my voulva or vagina lips. Would be grateful for some help !

I think you may have two different conditions. The itching and redness is usually a yeast infection. The pimple like dots that you describe may be molluscan (these are frequently filled with a cheesy like fluid) or sebaceous cysts. I would recommend going to an OB/Gyn so these conditions can be sorted out and easily treated. I doubt you have herpes because the hallmark of herpes is severe pain, especially with your first outbreak. Good luck.
It is possible this is genital Herpes. The best way to know for sure is to have an exam and be tested.

This sounds like seborrheic vulvitis. The "pimple like dots" are likely sebaceous glands. These glands can become irritated and itchy and cause patients to feel like symptoms like a yeast infection. The symptoms in seborrheic vulvitis will be limited to the vulva and surrounding skin and will not involve the vagina.
